A story by Liam Pennywell 60ish and was reduced from his job as a teacher at a private school. He is alone and moves into a new apartment ( "downsizing" of his life, too). He was in her bed, grabbed the first night and ended up in hospital. He goes in search of the memory of the events of the night to recover. On the way he met Eunice. His children (3 girls) pop in and out of his life. Never understood the title.Rating: 4 / 5

I thought I was a fan of Anne Tyler, but now I'm not so sure. People often say they want more after the completion of a book, even in the first 20 pages of it, I wanted more! It's not going anywhere. Even if the book --- get all bent because you can not remember what may, during an attack by the substance from which a short story, but not a novel. He even took some time to understand the significance of the title. Go Mrs. Tyler, you can do it better. Their fans are, and they expect a little substance.J hope that this book would not have been sold to Hollywood --- What would be a yawn of a film that!Rating: 2 / 5

This book goes aimlessly along just great, a bit like the main character. It was as boring as his life.Rating: 1 / 5

Worst book I've ever read, in fact, I only got about one quarter and had to be abandoned. The ratings were so good, will someone please tell me it's better.Rating: 1 / 5
