		<description>This is one of those rare books that you not only read and put it on the shelf, but keep it with you at all times. It is a beautifully designed book, show very in color with lots of useful information and comparisons, illustrates the various food alternatives. Purchase this book is the best personal investment itself is sure to pay good dividends for years. I have the previous edition, but I think this last issue has enough new material and &quot;explosive&quot;, the knowledge is at our supermarkets in the value of a new achat.Je completely agree with the authors that the cause of obesity is not that we have much to eat, but because we do not have enough to eat &quot;real&quot;.
