What a terrible title! Almost a parody of involuntary support for such enterprises, with catchy acronyms, a process (such as training, which is sold by the authors, of course), self-important diagrams and a little more spread nuggets “situational.” It is sad that the companies believe that this funding must quacks ilk. Self-help nonsense! Some of the tricks in the book is common sense. But other parties, and suggestions in this book is not properly used, quite the opposite of common sense and should be used with so much care, it may not be possible to use in the real world. You can lower right dangerous. If you are not independently wealthy and can afford it, a job or two, friends, and maybe even lose an important person reading this book. Others, who need a meaning for themselves in this book not really for everyone. Rating: 1 / 5

I AM HAPPY with the book. . . But dissatisfied with the service. I was contacted by a supervisor that my order is not my address as “undeliverable” and would come to me, but informed I could CONTROL AND THE NEW DON My intention would be sent to the recipient … WELL. . . The book was to me and SO BENEFICIARY I make to the effort to ship it back. Amazon. . . . I DO NOT think it was a very honest answer me that it IS NOT AND REACH would say, be arrested SHIPPING DEPT. IT WAS UNDELIEVERABLE. . . What happened. . So I cheated. . . . . Amazon has always been my choice of books, but I am now known FOR SWITCHING Barnes and Noble. . . . Roller McIlwrath Rating: 5 / 5

I paid for the book, but then received a message saying they have not in stock and could not. It was very boring, they should not appear, if this is the case. The money was refunded after a certain time, but it makes me hesitate to buy online on this page again. Rating: 1 / 5

I think this book is a very goog book, but I suggest you not buy directly from their website. It seems they are beginning to sell over the Internet, and not good, service, logistics and policy in the event of problems Rating: 1 / 5
