I liked the original book in this series and keep it handy for eating, etc. That said, I did not particularly interesting and useful. It’s pretty much a collection of recipes that replicate less calorie versions of dishes from the restaurant. I thought it would be healthier versions of meals at home. I can not cook these dishes in general, most of them are still pretty high in calories and fat, and not what my family mangeait.Dans long run, if you limited to looking for a cookbook quite as much it is. But if you want something that goes away, like me, you’ll be disappointed. The most interesting in the book for me was the comparison of grain. Other than that, I found it pretty useless, even if it is well écrit.Je not buy the series. I think they have exhausted the things to say. Rating: 3 / 5

There are so many words in this book, but I’ll keep it simple: WOW! Very informative, very easy to cook recipes, and act as a support system, the authors bluntly, not a food guru unreasonable. Rating: 5 / 5

Where to start with this book? I avoided the “Eat This Not That series” All in all, because it really is not much interest for me. And then she wrote the cookbook, which, well … if I can express myself this way. I do not know really expect to like it, but it was one of those things that I have just to write a review. The book has its positive and its negative sides, and in both cases they are highly polarized – in other countries, the whiplash inducteur.Tout first, the cynicism of the book is tangible – it’s so obvious capital on another idea that Food is difficult to take them seriously. And Rodale is not a publisher for their personal medical data of high quality known – they are on “sources Nonrecommended Quackwatch” list, and also excuse a man, a can, a plan drawn up and return its focus on the altmed half of the original founders Jerry Rodale informed vitalistic concepts of organic farming (for which data may be much the best books were Jeff Gillman). And in fact, the introduction of the chapter is prone to a strange stroke of the ego stereotypical Central America, and the tone of the book on the replacement of food chains. (This makes sense: the first is creepy ….) And the formal language of the book? ” Some of the most fiercely insightful layout terrible that I saw in a cookbook from the U.S. for the 12th Edition of the ugly mindbogglingly BH & G New Cook Book, and close to a clone of the Maxim hyperkinetic boy mags look like circa 2000. The appearance of this book just screams “literary junk food.” It does not help that many of the recipes are really not as accurate as the food that they would replace – the alternatives are always nice, but there are times when you just yet to meet a need, and books like “The Best Recipe from Weight Watchers cook book light or much better in the food you want, and instead of reducing cast a bait and switch you. This is a shame because there are many interesting recipes here – gyros, Asian-tinged salmon , soup, and a selection of side dishes and desserts. Nutrition information is a bit stingy compared with most cookbooks of its kind (a few calories, fat and sodium), but enough to use a portion of control to be able to handle rough. The food is essentially from scratch, and it covers everything: the banal to the front, never take the reader outside the territory of home cooking. And this is not just a list of recipes – if a little short in its presentation of the book concentrates heavily in on the technology, which is also the beginning of each chapter with a “matrix” that includes a whole category of food (the most useful of the kebab, pasta, wok and matrices) and shows how to base from the book in general . Ce would improvise a lot better than it is, it has all the makings of a really kickass light bible of cooking. But there is grave danger Rodale’s request in an existing marketing plan shoehorn, and the cover price is five dollars more than really worth it. This is not a bad book, but the subtle condescension and Whacked-out design means that there are many books that do what it purports to be very much less in-your-face manner. I do not say it is a bad book by any means (number of stars in the hand), but if you buy in this article, do not you think more money than you have on him, and certainly not pay any cover price. I wanted to try all the recipes in this cookbook before I checked, but I can not. I’ve tried a handful. The sandwich very tasty breakfast, great guacamole, chips, potatoes (not for me) and others are working, but the main reason that a clue for some people it might cookies.La recipe cookie recipe has a lot of questions, and I have other recipes tried, but that seemed to stand in my review. The problem is that the cooking time, not (there was only say what they even look like finished) and the list of ingredients does not include all those recommended (featured in the Eat This Not That! Supermarket Survival Guide: The No-Diet Weight Loss Solution to the left) a little to the black plug in some areas by the next book in the series, Gotta Have. The books are good and easy to read, this cookbook is one of the best. Cookies are generally deserving of praise, I write a lot for special occasions, and its nice that it rectiligne.Je sugar do not want it according to more information about how it updates Eat This Not That! 2010: The No-Diet Solution Weight LossSi I suggest to all the books in the series, it would be supermarket because it is not so much about the brand you know why the sound of certain brands are good. This book, on the other hand, a few tasty recipes that I can not wait to try to have! Maybe I’ll cook some ribs Dr Pepper this weekend. Rating: 3 / 5
