Collective Bargaining for Advantage is the first negotiation book I had read. I found it very funny and easy to suivre.J have learned that many small things make a big difference when you make negotiations. I found it very useful to focus first analyze your style and your current position with examples. In addition, you may have the formats that you use to prepare for a negotiation and remember rien.Je recommend it for people like me who are just beginning their careers. Rating: 5.5

I like the book, its interesting. I’ve been through a course of negotiations, I am. The first books I read where a greater good; trading on Yes and the secrets of power negotiation. Rating: 5.4

The author advises you to focus on three main aspects of the negotiations on the planning and preparation, to listen to what the wishes of other really, and for signals, where collective bargaining is a must cours.Définitivement Clock if you will, involved in the proceedings of any kind be.
