to estimate not used to the use of American units for the amount of flour in recipes. Please refer to non-US buyers remember while preparing for the next issue. We are not accustomed to use cups in continental Europe and it is difficult to get American companies cups. And please do not use the recipe some reference table at the end of the partial livre.Sur make the same note, if using Fahrenheit, please use Celsius.J have tried the Most recipes in the book and some good and some not so good. . . Preparation may be in disarray, the dough was sticky and wet well, despite the widespread use of flour and the recipe for point.En end I decided with the traditional method of preparation and I remain the finished product even more.
