One of the first rules of psycho-pharmacology is that you should not be confused with antidepressants or alcohol mood of the other psychotropic drugs. Ms. Jamison did not seem to know – or ignore this fact well know – because it clearly is drinking his way through the story and its follow-up to the manic-depressive. Not surprisingly, nuts. It’s “hospitalization”. Rating: 5.1

Unfortunately, Jamison regurgitate all the same old cliches, tired of the profession pscychiatric have infected. The occupation is characterized by arrogance, condescension and patronizing to patients of all emotional disorders. Unfortunately, Jamison is no exception. She and her colleagues do a disservice to patients by practicing a form of treatment was tasteless in the relativism of the 60s. Earlier this generation of “professionals” retirement goes, the better for millions of people. Rating: 5.1

I have many complaints about this book and found it frustrating and tiring to read. First, the DSM does not designate for bipolar disorder as a manic-depressive “more, it is automatically dealing with outdated information when reading this paper. As a person who also suffers from a bipolar disorder, I thought I would find much comfort in reading a book that describes what I experienced. Unfortunately, I have a book that proclaims lithium as a cure for bipolar read all the options. Without them, lithium, it is simply not a man to be useful. I think it’s a disgusting idea. The author acts as if every experience is the same with bipolar, and that all patients benefit from lithium and drug use. That is simply not the case. She seems to believe that the severity of the disease, the use by the reluctance of the patient’s medication or therapy will be caused to what. is not the case. Put all the substantive issues aside, I might add that “a restless mind” is one of the worst organized “Memoirs,” which I have ever read. The book is hardly any time, because it jumps around from thought to thought and memory in the memory like a frog on crack. It is obvious that Ms. Jamison is a doctor and not a writer. Maybe they should keep to writing articles for psychological research, for his books with me and others to reduce his headache disorder. Ms. Jamison, if you want to write a coherent description of your problem, you should perhaps some type of structure and writing the book in scenes, rather than disjoint walking, rambling, thoughts and memories. Perhaps you understand the structure, but no one else. Rating: 5.1

I found the book very hard to read. I found I could not have attention.J very interested in what the author had to say about his life, and it’s almost embarrassing, my head, crawling over the page for page description of the author of his life. towed In fact, the first half of the book on the history and his normal life. She talked about her life, as it would be weird or different standard than most people, when in fact it was an almost normal life easy compared to what I have seen pass. She talked about things that go very well and euphoric to be, then on the next page, they could not leave the room or out of the pearl. But somehow they think could become a famous blah blah blah PHD.Je, the author is a fake. I do not think that accurately describes a true bipolar manic person can be booked. It’s almost as if someone asked, or paid her claim that she was bipolar and writes a book from the perspective of a professional person with firsthand knowledge of a deadly disease. The author has no real grasp of what is manic depression sujet.Je all give this book a star for the description of the aircraft to descend pépinièreL’école when she was a child and the authors ‘almost’ description of his own sexuality. Otherwise, they should go to dinner or something to stop and try to own something it is not. It’s like people who are not really drug addicts or alcoholics who try these meetings should be included. You try something, what are not. You try, in a place where they belong, are not only accepted somewhere fit. However, they are usually not paid, what the author has fait.Aucun mental illness to be found. . . Note: 5.1

a restless spirit seemed to mind a very quiet and boring, no real sense been written, and it seems this is a very strong plug for lithium. . . . no real alternatives explored, examined no other drugs. bipolar disorder was not looking for what He gives you, in the way of great creativity. Bipolar is a cycle of creation fullness and emptiness, receive and give energy créatrice.pouces bipolar on such a narrow, traditional approach. Rating: 5.2
